My AC had gone out on Saturday. It was 85 in the house when someone from Tropical Air came to my house on a Sunday to repair it. This man did a great job and taught me a few things about my AC. Thank you.
Our AC went out and the work order was assigned to this company on May 31st. We were told parts would be ordered on Monday, June 2nd, and that it would be fixed the next day. That same story repeated daily — “the part will arrive tomorrow” — while the work was rescheduled again and again. After nearly two weeks in 90+ degree indoor heat, it was finally fixed on June 11th. Amazing company and staff. Super friendly and reasonable when it comes to pricing. They thoroughly explained the problem to me and how it could be fixed, so I really appreciated the transparency in that regard.
Had a very pleasant experience with this company despite us both struggling for proper communication through my rental company, invitation homes(do not recommend), they were able to work quick once approved to do so and had friendly knowledgeable technicians come to my home. I’ll recommend them to anyone in the central Florida area for work. Also thank you guys for getting us up and running again!!
Rude dispatcher.. called to inform dispatcher that the work van was parked in my reserved spot where i live - no i was not the customer- . Gave her the street name and rudely said well he’s probably parked there bc there isn’t service vehicle parking . I replied that there is and it’s called visitor spots that are all open. She wanted to raise her voice and be rude so i hung up … either hire apologetic employees, teach your drivers not to park where it says reserved or don’t own a company … HORRIBLE
