Horrible experience. No lobby no where to just exist while you wait for you room. Manager is horribly rude and keeps repeating guaranty check in at 3 and gets back to chatting with her friend. She seems annoyed that we’re even here. Like I’m inconveniencing her leisurely day. There’s no food,no bar, the pool looks disgusting. 0/5 will never return. 👎
This was the worst experience ever! The photos on website are not from actual hotel. The deadbolt didn’t work, no phone in room and water didn’t drain in tub (the color of water was yellow). The inside of room was so outdated and the walls were paper thin. The front door showed daylight, as you could hear everything next door and just outside of room at the pool area. The worst part was that there was several rooms next door to ours that were having the loudest party ever, and banging of doors until 4:30 am. Found out that s... read more
Atrocious customer service. Spent an unbelievable amount of money to be LOCKED out when we tried to check in at 7pm while an employee IGNORED us. Very disappointing.
Horrible hotel ! Dirty and filthy ! Staff is horrible and unhelpful ! Total waste of money I want a full refund for my stay
Old dirty, broken furniture the only reason I was there because they are pet friendly. I am tired of places that charge for pets and want top dollar for the room that is run down
