In 2022 we deiced to put our dream pool in our backyard. I had been waiting my entire adult life for this project. Chris was wonderful to work with. He designed my pool with computer software so we could see the outcome. The crew he had working for him became friends. We enjoyed the entire process. Now, two years later when we need help or have a question (as pool newbies) the Trophy Pools team is always there for us. Do not reply to phone calls/voicemail or texts.
Communication is unprofessional and unresponsive. We've been ghosted. Our ozone system is leaking and at first the owner said he'd respond, but nothing. Multiple texts and emails. Love our 2-year old pool, but service after the sale stinks.
Pool leaking drops 3” in 24 hours. This pool is 2 years old. Built by Trophy pool located in Newcastle Oklahoma. At first Chris seemed concern. I hired American leak detect paid $717.00 found 2 leaks. Sent Chris the report he did respond back going out of town and would call back on Monday still waiting on call back obviously that’s not going to happen at this point. Still trying to find someone to repair the pool.
