Chris the owner if Trophy Pools, is very responsive until full payment is made - after that, calls and messages go unanswered. This was a $100k pool, and unfortunately, we’ve experienced new issues almost monthly since installation. We are now paying out of pocket for problems that clearly fall under warranty as the issues occurred within 6 months of installation. Buyer beware.. tiles falling off, lights quit working. Owner does not honor warranty.
These guys are great-- terrific service and communication.
I do not leave this review lightly, as my husband and I know exactly what it’s like to have your own business. Hindsight is always 20/20. While we were left with a nice pool, there were multiple struggles along the way. I have never paid someone such a lump sum and when I called them to tell them about a problem, been treated with carelessness and arrogance.
