Highly Recommend them Awesome hospital and always there for you when you need them most. They always return calls and get you right in in an emergency. Drs Herman and Kraft are a class act. A bit pricey compared to others in the area but isnt your pet worth the best care,.
RecommendedWent today for an emergency visit (which may happen more frequently with a Bengal cat) But they were so friendly and squeezed us in for to check her out. Other vets were quoting a 5 hour wait for emergency visit! I have used this vet for my other cats and never had an issue with scheduling, doctors, visits or anything! They are polite and informative without being too pushy. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Dr. Puschak for her excellent bedside manner & knowledge in dealing w/ my 21 y/o cat, Wrigley. I brought Wrigley in yesterday w/some health issues & Dr. Puschak listened intently while I explained what was going on. Due to social distancing I was not able to be in the office w/Wrigley but felt 100% comfortable knowing Dr. Puschak was taking great care of her. Dr. Puschak and team are great with our girls! Love how kind and compassionate they are with our cats. They took good care of them during our visit toady and the social distancing service was very well thought out. Thanks to the whole team for taking care of Penny and Juneau!
I followed Dr. Luetke from his prior veterinary practice. He is thorough, kind and takes the time to explain everything to you. Everyone in the office is super nice and very good at what they do. The office itself is perfect for cats. There is a separate door and area only for cats and they have feliway calming blankets for them. The office is spotless and modern. I’ve been going to Trooper Vet since we moved here 2 years ago. I had to take my cat, Nibs there a couple of days ago since she stopped eating and her health was declining. Dr. Luetke was great in getting the necessary tests and looking at her history to determine the best course of action. What I appreciated most is that he didn’t push tests or unnecessary treatments and was able to have a candid discussion once we saw the results of the bloodwork. The staff and doctors are caring, compassionate, and professional. They're always on time and make us feel welcome. Highly recommend!
The staff and the vets are always very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. It’s a little extra drive for me to go, but it is worth it.
They have taken very good care of my two cats and especially when my Pumpkin died in March.
