Trooper Veterinary Hospital is EXCELLENT! All of the staff are super friendly and professional. We have a husky with a lot of medical issues and could not be happier with the quality of care given by Trooper!

We have been coming here for a year now and Dr. clearly is our vet, she is excellent, very friendly and explains everything very well. One of our shepherds was diagnosed with heart worm, Dr. Clearly explained the whole process very well. Been taking my cat there since 2001. Gave them a lot of business and money over the years. Last year, my cat did not have a good visit and flipped out. Since then they refused to schedule another appointment with us unless we agreed to put him under complete anesthesia. Not to mention during the exam they showed their frustration and just left me in the room with a wild cat with no assistance. This practice goes above and beyond all expectations, both professionally and interpersonally. I have multiple pets that require follow up care. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I have never waited more than 5 minutes past my appt time. When I had to make the tough decision to euthanize my cat, I was blown away by the compassion and support from all staff members. The staff here are amazing, we have two rescues with their own unique issues and they are great with them. They're always there to answer even my stupidest questions. And are great during emergencies too!
