By mistake? They were planning to install a 40,000 BTU system and not 60,000 BTU Bryant furnace as they did not have the inventory. They did not even tell us the day of the installation but thankfully we check ed the model and told them to stop. We ended up using another contractor but they did install duct work which was fine. Wished they had been upfront with us about the BTU model, but maybe it was an honest mistake.
I called Tron Air of San Jose because another heating company told me my heater needed to be replaced. Tron Air was able to repair my heater. If you are looking for an honest heating company then I would suggest you call Tron Air.
