Super friendly staff with a great salad bar! #POW!
Pretty good food with the exception of having the quality vary each time we go there. We also had very slow service. No fault to the waitress, but she was just given way too many tables to manage.
I want to share a recent experience we had that was above and beyond awesome. I called in a to-go order recently while my husband was in Parkview following a motorcycle wreck we were involved in. The staff caught wind of this and not only went out of their way to help me (I was injured too, just not admitted) but their mgr, Derrick, bought our dinner for us! I would have never expected something so generous � They have a great thing going on there. Fabulous food and top notch service!
This plays feels like home. Service is EXCELLENT. The King-cut prime rib melts in your mouth��
My family and I have been patronizing the Trolley Bar for nearly 10 years now. My first experience in early 2007 was fantastic. Sadly, since then the food quality and service has diminished with each visit. After vowing to never eat there again in August, my husband and I decided to give it "one more try" on Thursday night (11/10/16).
