Horrible service and horrible manager. They advertise half off appetizers and martinis until 8 pm. We arrived at 7 pm and waited for for almost an hour before our order was taken and then charged full price for our meal. We frequent trolley bar on a regular basis but after the managers unwillingness to deal with the issue and his threatening statement that we WOULD pay our full bill we will never spend another evening there again

Excellent service, food was perfectly prepared and the menu has a wonderful selection.
The best thing about our dinner was the salad bar. I ordered the Trolley Bucco and it was cold in the middle and had very little flavoring except an old pork taste. The mashed potatoes had been sitting in the warmer or under a heat lamp for too long. They had a crust on them and were dry. Food was definitely not worth what we paid for it, service was good though.
I have never been to this place but their management staff is very "unprofessional"!! Today, I witnessed them fired an employee though messenger and then they exposed the reason why on face book. There is no way I should know this employee personal information. Personnel records should not be shared on social media. SMDH
