I like that they go over your individual X-rays with you and explain what needs to happen in order to get you in working order again. I can be a bit stubborn and I’ve been used to dealing with pain with muscle relaxers since my accident. However Dr T was able to sit down and set out a blue print for us to work on things. Being who I am if you know me I appreciated this. I recommend checking them out.
After 8 weeks of 3 times a week care they finally let my husband know that his insurance was not covering any of his visits. The office manager stated that she had just noticed it and said opps. If this is how they pay attention to the details of their patients profiles its obvious they really don't care. People are generally understanding if you are upfront instead of hitting them with that after 8 weeks. Shameful in a time when so many people are struggling.

As much as we wish they were, quotes from insurance policies aren’t always cut and dry and 100% accurate. We do our best, using our extensive knowledge of insurance benefits and policies and combined 12+ years of experience in insurance, to give the most accurate cost and information.
This place came HIGHLY recommended to me, so I checked it out. Started going this past week and have been three times already and I absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, Dr. Trochim is hands down THE BEST there is. I have never felt so comfortable and calm in a medical building in my entire life. They actually TEACH you so much about the spine and everything it does for your body before they ever examine you... they even let you read your own X-rays so you can see what’s going on. These folks are awesome ! Caring , compassionate ! They run their practice in a way that you are a patient but feel like family as well! They will answer any question you have and will sit down and explain your care plan in great detail! They want you to start your care with them knowing exactly what the plan is what everything means and be confident in your health’s future ! I can’t say enough good things about them ! I am in my 15th yr. of chiropractic care. I began care with Dr. Labarbra,and continued with Dr.T. Arthritis has always been my major problem. Before I began care, I had back pain, numbness in my hands, neck and shoulder pain. I also had taken at least 3 different arthritis perscription meds without relief. Continuing chiropractic care over the years, has kept my arthritis in check , and saved me medical expense . I do not have to take any perscription meds or pain meds.
