RecommendedTHIS IS A ONE MAN OPERATION. If he doesn’t get back to you right away be patient. I was not and wish I knew that, but was pleasantly surprised once he did reach out. He emails back as fast as you would expect of a text message and is super helpful. Even had a delay getting the dme for my car and offered to remotely flash tune mine and refund me the price of the dme and the shipping. Great experience!

Customer service is worse than ECS Tuning. Company decided to ship product only after I wanted to cancel my order, after not responding to email or voicemails for a solid week+. Was lied to that my product shipped 3 business days following order, when it really shipped 10 hours after I tried to cancel and get a refund, 10 days after ordering. Company says they can't refund something that's already been shipped, when they shipped the product 10 hours after I tried to cancel the order due to complete lack of communication. Com... read more
Total class act! Super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and precisely methodical.
Exceptional service. I came to TRM for their turbo tuning package, some hardware, and dyno time. I am extremely satisfied with their product, tuning, and expertise. Gary and Mike took their time to explain every part of the process and adjusted to my availability. I appreciate all the time you guys put in. I look forward to coming by the shop again.
