If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are a hot mess, delayed and denied care, most providers I was seeing do not want to work with them. They deny procedures healthnet wouldn’t even bat an eye at. It’s a shame that this is how they treat military members and veterans.
Paid to be enrolled, continued to pay triwest even though every doctor and pharmacy said I didn’t have insurance. Called triwest who told me I was never enrolled, had to “back pay” $250 for the months they didn’t collect (per them) and ended up being charged $850. As a disabled service member, I can tell you that you’re a disgrace to even associate yourself with helping the military. How can anyone give this company anything over a one-star review? As of 1 January 2025, those of us who were forced into Tricare East into Tricare West have had nothing but major issues. The PCM list is so screwed up. They have cardiologists and gynecologists listed for primary care providers! Realy? We are over 6 months into the year, and Alliance still can't get it right. If this were Japan, I would offer you a sword.
