I have stoped in 4 times now for my B&W hitch system that continuously get stud and won’t come out. Now I went to use the gooseneck part of the truck and the ball won’t fit. I keep getting told come back another day and when I do I get told come back another day. Owner of the company can not take 5 mins to even look at the system to see what the problem is. I came in to get a hitch installed on my SUV. They said it would take about 45 minutes but after waiting only 5 minutes, the owner came in to say he had something to show me. We went outside and he showed me that my vehicle came with a factory hitch and electrical plug already installed. I felt a little foolish for not realizing this but I was mostly grateful for his honesty. He could have taken the factory hitch off, installed a new one, charged me for it and I never would have known. I highly recommend this company and app... read more
