Dr. Trivedi always has her back turned while giving an answer to your questions. It seems as though she's always in a rush. Her staff is very nice and polite. But at this point, I would rather go to the Mconough location and continue seeing her PA. She's very detailed and takes the time to listen and come up with excellent solutions.

No Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.
Be sure to keep track of your medical visits with this providers office. Register with your insurance company to view your claims! I have discovered they billed for a visit in November of 2011 for a date of service 7/2012 using one of the dr names then filed the SAME claim again in April 2012 using the facility name as the provider. They were paid twice for the same claim. Doctor sat in a chair with dack against wall not showing any concern for new patient, asking no questions and taking no family history. I mentioned I have heart condition, she never asked the heart condition or who my cardiologist was. No interaction at all. I asked if she was going to take blood work as most doctors do with new patients and she said it wasen't needed, and then asked well what test do you want. I mentioned how about for diebeties, she said of I'll do that one. Will never go back to that place again.
I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
