There’s a problem EVERY time my husband goes there. They scheduled him for yesterday at 10am when he called yesterday after 1pm, and told him his appt was for 10am today. He arrived (40 min drive) to be told his appt was for yesterday. How/why were they even able to schedule for a past time/date?! They sent him away today with his back in pain. Hi Dahlia I have the same experience I called right when the office opened one morning to get in and after being put on hold for over 12 minutes on the nurses line and then being disconnected I was finally told to go to the ER very rudely without anyone even checking with a doctor the office was still going to be open for another 7 hours and we have a dilemma with people in the ER nowadays so if you have a physician whose office is open unless it's life-threatening they are not supposed to send you to an ER it just clogged u... read more
Came in for a routine physical and brought up a few concerns about general health. 1 month later, I get a bill for $90 because the fully covered physical turned into an office visit just because I asked some questions. Very shady behavior and will be looking for a new doctor.
