Just purchased a used bike from Triumph San Diego. I live three hours away and found it online. I contacted the dealer via email and received a prompt call the next business day. They gave me a more than fair deal and I placed a deposit. They held the bike for about a week for me to get down there, filled the paperwork out quickly, and helped me put it on my truck. In and out in about an hour and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to Isaac, Jeff, and Danny for helping me out!
Excellent customer service. Jeff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They definitely got my business and I am enjoying my new Bobber Matt Jet Black.
Great service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very clean and nice facility. Buying a bike was painless and they are genuinely interested in developing a relationship with customers. Only complaint is I wish they had more stock of Bobber parts! Too popular of a bike I guess.
