Triumph is very good at getting responsible tenants. We never had any issues with the tenants. But if there are issues in which the home owner needs Triumph to take care of something, that is where the problem lies. Triumph isn't very responsive in returning calls or attending to the issue that they need to tend to. In between tenants, Triumph didn't make sure the water was kept on. Terrible company. Hidden and outrageous fees, zero customer service. Stay away from them!!
BEWARE, if I can give this company a zero star I would. I generally don't like to write reviews and am very careful as I do not like to hurt anyone's financial gains, however, feel that Landlords and tenants must beware of this management company. My father hired this company to find a tenant to his beautiful house in Las Vegas, Nevada. Triumph prepared the contract and all the move-in inventories and etc.. They pay you to put up a fake review or a echo dot just to lie so much bad I have to say but I'm meantyl burned out GOD handle these people they go after the poor fight back go to court what ever you need to do expose them I feel they should go to jail for stilling people money and trying to make it seem legal
First time user of triumph and i have to say they are amazing! Tierra and Shantal were so patient with my parents when they were trying to work the zoom call it really gave me an idea of what we were going to be working with when we move in on the 1st! Cannot wait to cook my first meal in the new condo!! Thank you guys so much!
