I’m a bit late on writing this review. But I’ve never had such a pleasant experience dealing with a dealership. Bought a Scrambler 900 earlier this year. My interactions with Paul were great - responsive, honest, straightforward, logical. He even delivered the bike across state lines (for a reasonable fee). Helped me with the registration etc. being in a different state. If you’re looking for a Triumph in and around Indiana, I would not look further.
I recently taken my Daytona 675R here for body/engine work after a collision. The labor prices were incredibly fair and service was fantastic. The techs did a great job and the service was pretty quick. I would like to especially recognize Rob in the service department for being very communicative and having great customer service. Would definitely recommend getting your triumph serviced and/or repaired here.
