I have been to the Service department a few times now, and have walked away more impressed each time. Victor is the embodiment of genuine, thoughtful customer service and he more than earned the little business I can bring. I will be taking my Rocket 3 here exclusively whenever it needs some professional TLC.
This is hands down the best motorcycle dealership in Indianapolis. I’ve met and worked with Matt, Paul, and Victor who are all genuine and fantastic people. The dealership has a ton of inventory and extremely reasonable pricing, especially on pre-owned bikes.
