The workouts are sometimes extremely challenging! I love the commadarie and the fact that I have not done the same workout twice. Not knowing what I am getting myself into helps get me there because it's always an opportunity to challenge and push myself to another level. I love the coaches and friends I have made and look forward to seeing everyone each time and watching them excel at their goals too. I am addicted to working out and wish I could do it more. Thanks for making it fun and challenging. �
