Do NOT come here to get your DOT card. They messed up the paperwork putting the wrong expiration date so when I went online to self certify it did not work. I had to drive all the way back to there office and when I got there I asked if they could help me out and refund my money in anyway and they said no. Terrible customer service will not be returning.
Dr. Mac has always been kind and gentle on my back. I have referred my daughter, and passed out his pens everywhere I go. Recently at the Attleboro Centennial Celebration I mentioned him or just conveniently left the pen at the display booth! The office is conveniently located on Rte. 1 South.
