It wasn’t too big of an inconvenience to have to get an appointment, and the showroom does contain a lot of slabs to look at, but it really is unnecessary. The staff seemed nice, but will follow you throughout the showroom. There is zero organization as different stone materials are mixed haphazardly throughout. There is also zero labeling nor any indication of price ranges for slabs. I visited the Triton Stone showroom in Knoxville and met with Courtney. She was incredibly helpful, sharing her design talent and finding the stone that perfectly complimented my new kitchen, laundry and butlers pantry. Courtney and her associate Jolene methodically and creatively solved stone planning challenges. Their great attitude, kindness and diligence made selecting countertops fun and exciting. Love this place. Lots of choices in granite, tile. Everyone there is always so pleasant. Loading is easy. Courtney and Jolene are great to work with.
