Truth be told, I asked Nigel to undo his work. I would prefer never to have done business with him. I have attached three photos. The first is a photo Nigel sent me to show what he wanted to do. “Something like this” is what he claimed. The second and third photos are his actual craftsmanship. Be warned.

Shockingly unprofessional. I contacted Nigel for a project at a property I just purchased and am currently renovating. Because I don't live on-site and needed to schedule a specific time to meet, he sent a rude email, called the meeting a 'hassle'. If coordinating a basic site visit triggers wild assumptions and insults, I can't imagine trusting him with actual work. Save your time and hire a true professional
