I’ve consistently had poor customer service experiences at Triton. As a carpenter, I regularly work with lumber, plumbing, and electrical wholesalers, so I’m familiar with how these environments operate. I recently needed metal fabrication supplies and, unfortunately, my experience here matched previous visits. Five stars, they get things in quickly and get shit done. Shoot out to the industrial department
Staff were rude - we came in for tire chains and the guy was wearing headphones, he didn’t even look up as he asked what car we have. Immediately said no without asking what tires we have, and didn’t look up once through the interaction. We have a lift kit and the car we have doesn’t matter compared to the tire size but he obviously just wanted to listen to his podcast or whatever
