I went in to return a box of 4 break pads that I bought 2 days prior - we couldn’t get the caliper off my car. The box was untouched by us, and we did NOT open it what so ever. When the employee opened it - the pads were already used and he said that he could not resell those. Yet those were EXACTLY what I got from them when I bought the box initially.
