Popped in during a power outtage and the staff was uber helpful at problem solving under tough, busy conditions in getting me the parts I needed to stay on the road!
Great selection, absolutely abysmal service. They try not to serve drop in customers, may be better to regulars.
I’ve consistently had poor customer service experiences at Triton. As a carpenter, I regularly work with lumber, plumbing, and electrical wholesalers, so I’m familiar with how these environments operate. I recently needed metal fabrication supplies and, unfortunately, my experience here matched previous visits.
