Dr Sommer made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. He and the entire office staff are professional and kind.
Staff and physician are very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Dr. Sommer has been great. Staff in office who I have worked with when coming in for weighins have also been great. There were two people who I had to deal with along the way that were a little rude on the phone, one was about getting the items to my insurance co. The other was for the sleep study. Other than that all my dealing have been most pleasant.
Love Dr. Sommer and his staff. Always friendly, willing to answer any question and made me comfortable since the moment I walked in the door a year ago. I had a rough time right after surgery but Dr. Sommer and his PA got me through the rough times! I am 8 months out and have lost 86 lbs, I have recommended 2 people so far to Dr. Sommer and plan on continuing to refer others who are inspired by this wls surgery.

I have found Dr. Sommer and all the staff at this office to be very friendly, helpful, supportive and comforting. My weight loss journey has been a very positive one thus far.
I have only seen the PA since my surgery. Have not seen my MD yet. I am also a bit surprised that I am not required to follow up with a nutritionist after surgery.
This office has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I would recommend this office, Doctor and staff to everyone.
Dr. Sommer is an excellent doctor. The care he provided from my initial consultation to this, my first visit post-op has been nothing short of amazing. I am very happy and satisfied with my care from Dr. Sommer. I have dealt with the staff for monthly weigh-ins and called when I needed letters for insurance or getting test results and they have always been warm and friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend the westchester office without reservation.
