We have used TriStar for years but felt this year we had to quit. A $238 charge for an SUV (which we didn't request) from Logan to Beacon Hill was a little over our budget. I think if any car service has a flat two hour rate they should quote the FULL rate not the hourly rate as it makes no difference what the hourly rate of $115 is -- as that is never the amount charged. I learned my lesson. Too many alternatives out there.
