We went into this hospital with a very sick child who had also fallen and hit his head vomiting uncontrollably. The billboard said 9 minute wait...got there at 8 pm and did not get seen until after 2 AM!! Everyone was complaining and they were letting people who complained more go in front of us when they had been there for no where near as long. Hands down the best experience a mom could hope for when having a baby!
Had to wait forever to be seen tonight.. My nurse was rude and didn't seem to care one bit about my well being.. She gave me pain meds. Ripped my I.v out. Told me to get dressed and leave! For one they are not allowed to do that. What if I was to drive!? I called my mom to come get me BTW.. Now I'm laying in bed still in pain and still sick.. They did NOT help at all!!
This hospital should be closed and the staff never rehired
I took my cousin to the ER on a Monday night and got there a little before 9pm. When I got in after parking, I walk in to people puking in bags. We waited 4 hours for him to be called back. They didn't have any rooms available which would have been nice to know when we arrived. My cousin was in extreme pain that got worse as the waiting time progressed. Horrible experience at the ER and they lost my husband's cane. Someone was supposed to call me back yesterday. No call yet.
Love this hospital. The nurses are nice and the doctors know what they are talking about. I had to stay there for a few days and I was well taking care of. I pass 2 other hospitals together here and I will do it again.
The emergency room is a joke... wait for hours to been seen.
