Thanks to everyone in the emergency room! My nurses Matt, Jordan, Mary Kate, Dr. Archer and the young lady at the front desk and the young lady in billing. Everyone was so pleasant and great to work with. They answered all my questions and told me everything they were going to do to get me back in the game. Great job guys!
The wait time on interstate sign said 13 mins.. it took 3 hours ! Wait time ridiculous and the diagnosed break incorrectly
This place is a joke!!! No insurance hardly any money and they treated me like crap.Went in for a severe tooth infection and they nurse practitioner laughed at me and said go see a dentist.
You have the worst ER staff ever. They are rude and slow and show no real sense of urgency. Updated review: this money hungry hospital is discharging my father while he’s still sick. He’s visible ill but because he’s “timeout” they are letting him go. If there was a closer hospital I would take him there.
My nurses were amazing 😉 but my doctor was an idiot disrespectful never knocked on the door and was very sarcastic I'm not sure of his name but I know he was African American but other than that my expierance was decent still in pain but hey it's a process
Went there yesterday after being sick for 3 weeks was told was going to give me nauseous meds and that was it , walked out and went to vanderbilt where i had a lung infection & a ear infection so bad that there were blisters in my ear . worst experience ever
I had SI surgery on Friday and out on Saturday. I've had several back surgeries there and am very impressed with the service. My doctor, Dr. Shimbayama was awesome along with the anesthesiologist. They made me feel so comfortable. Everyone there did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this hospital
