TriStar Solutions Plumbing Service was recommended by a trusted friend. I called on Sunday, and a plumber was at my house in 2 hours. My drain was unclogged and I was told what I can do to prevent future problems. Absolutely no up selling. Tech was very nice and very professional. The fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Joe was very professional and courteous. Addressed and repaired the problems in a timely manner and went above and beyond my expectations. I was so pleased with the service I would recommend them to friends and family and I am having other projects completed by them.
Plumber checked the sump pump and found it was not plugged in properly. We originally thought it had to be replaced. They could have charged us for a new sump pump (1,200) and we would have been none the wiser. They were prompt and honest. Highly recommended.
Wonderful experience with our technician named Brandon. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the smell in our house and provided us with the tools to ensure that we do not have a problem again. I would definitely use this company again and would certainly recommend Brandon.
