I am sharing a terrible experience that Tristar Realty contributed to as well as Realtor Alfredo Hererra. We put our house on the market in early July in hopes to have it under contract to meet our settlement dealing of August 23 (this is the day we were settling on our new home). Mr. Hererra and his clients had a showing on Tuesday, July 18th and put in an offer that evening. After some negotiation, the offer was accepted.
