we were taken right in no waiting, they were all very nice and left no questions unanswered. We have had experience at several ER's in Nashville and if anything happens again we will definitely be going to Tri Star on Hwy 46 again. they were great!
Been here a few times for either myself or my husband. In the door, In a room and being attended to in seconds. Nursing staff always great. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars are to drs, they need to get some humor. I realize its a tough job, but there are people, such my spouse & I, that try to find the humor, no matter what. But choose this over Tri Stat Horizon, which is closer to us, ANY day or night!!!!! Thank you for all you do!
I was on the road traveling on vacation. Thought I might have been bitten by a brown recluse. Went to this facility, not knowing anything about where to go. I walked in and before even completing the paperwork, they had me in a treatment room. I was seem mmediatrly and was determined it was not a brown recluse. Excellent courteous profession service. This place should be an example to all health service facilities. Can't say enough good things about them!
Immediate care!..no waiting!! Very nice and helpful! in and out overall the most pleasant experience I've EVER had as far as an ER visit goes!.. NO STRESS!!

We had a great experience here. They always call us back quickly. We literally get in and out in a hurry. Staff is very friendly and competent!
