I came in with my 2 year old after a previous visit to a different doctor. We left the other place being told she had stomach virus. At the er we were took right in with no wait and as soon as the doctor checked her throat she immediately knew she had bad strep. Everyone we saw there was so nice and friendly. Even down to the guy who takes our info before we leave to the security guard out front. ��
They didn't do anything for him except give him ibuprofen. We have that at home. I strongly advise skipping BOTH "hospitals" in Dickson County.
They done what they could for me and made up what they couldn't. Thanks for making it right
Monday was a scary day for me. I was treated quickly and had lovely nurses and a great doctor. They all seemed to legitimately care about me and my well being. I had to be transported by ambulance for emergency surgery and I was terrified. I appreciate the kindness and compassion I was given. Thank you.
We had excellent service. They really showed how much they care about you. We got right in and the staff was very pleasant and showed real concern.

Well they may be ok with adults and older children, but they (doctor) are not good with babies and children 2 and under. told us that a 1 1/2 year old would just have to cough up the flem in his throat. Now tell me how is someone that young going to know how to cough. Wound up taking him to Vanderbilt and he was admitted for 4 days. He had a high fever and parents were told there wasn't anything wrong with him, just a slight cold.
On vacation & had to bring my 8yr old daughter in. Staff was nice, service/care was okay, their billing company is the WORST! Will never go back due to NPAS, Inc alone!!
