We can't say enough to thank Tristar. In this time of feeling uncertainty with everything going on in the world, our owners of Elements of Style Salon decided to have our team do a self-defense class today. To become more confident in ourselves, feel safe, provide self-care, and relieve stress. It was a great team-building event and educational. They have a great group of teachers and staff . They have helped with behaviour problems that we have had with our son. And in the same sense help with his confidence. They also a fun family events and class to go to. if you are looking for a great Martial Arts school I would really recommend Tristar.

Our son has been going to Tristar for 1 1/2 years and he loves it. He is more confident and I really like the self defense “stranger danger” they taught him when he was younger.

Fantastic instruction. Everyone I encountered at the Eldersburg location has been tremendously welcoming. They managed to encourage a shy 4 year old to give the program a chance.
