They took great care of a family member last week!
The biggest problem was obtaining medical records for family member I am responsible for, and have documents to prove.
I had great nurses and doctors from er to observation, to regular room. Everyone was very nice, attentive, and i didnt have to ask for much of anything, when i did ask for tylenol for my headache she was right there. And the food was good for hospital food.
Thank you all for such great care of my mom. The nurses are fabulous. They were caring and went beyond their duty. Dr. Kelsey is an excellent surgeon. Thanks again for taking care of my precious mother.
Every thing is fine but I believe we should have i bigger hospital in this's community i see a lot of people flying to Nashville because we don't have the equipment is just my point of view
Left my husband in agony for over 15 hours, waiting for the "on call" orthapedic surgeon , a wet dressing on his exposed arm bones with grass and dirt in the wound. Sent us home with pain killers no antibiotics. The next day went to another hospital in Nashville with serious infection. He was admitted for clean up surgury. Tristar and their sister hospital wouldn't accept him back because the were full. We didn't want to go back anyway.
