Hendersonville Medical Center I just recently had to visit the Emergency Room. I was impressed with their warmth and friendliness. The nurses and doctors seem very knowledgeable and thorough. It was not especially crowded when I went and yet I was there for about two and a half hours. That part could/should be improved. The overall experience was positive.

Caring staff This facility has a very caring staff. They took very good care of me on a recent visit, and made me feel very comfortable. They were very clear with their after care instructions and made sure I understood them. PROS: Caring staff CONS:

My wife was seen at Hendersonville Hospital after being transferred from ******** Emergency Room. They did not have an ultrasound technician on staff that night. She received excellent care at ******** ER. We dread any time we need to use Hendersonville ER. Below is a log of what occured throughout our stay. There is a Dr. A****** that works at this hospital . My husband was in CCU with covid pneumonia and he was very sick. She called my daughter amd myself on Jan 30, 2021 and explained in a very cold way that my husband was very sick. Then on Jan 31, 2021 she called and said in a very non professional way that my family and I needed to make a decision that week. It was so unprofessional to do this over the phone. It was bad enough not being able to see him, but to tell a spouse over the phone that we needed to pull the plug. Sh... read more
