I have trusted Centennial and there are Physicians for over 18 years with my care. I prefer to go to them over any other place that I have been to. But unfortunately the Obamacare and Medicare rules has changed the hospital a little over those years. I still got quality Care and had a great staff.
I went in last night for chest pain and I couldn't have been anymore pleased with the doctors, nurses and staff. I couldn't have gotten ANY BETTER CARE anywhere else. This is my hospital of choice.
I had a heart cath yesterday. Dr. Malik is an exceptional cardiologist! I recommend him highly!!!! My nurse for the day was Rachel Oldham and words don't express what an amazing woman she is and how much she cared and attended to my needs. She was amazing with keeping me informed, explaining the process and keeping me laughing. A stressful experience turned out to be a rather fun day thanks to her being able to keep me at ease.
Our daughter had to have a heart cath yesterday and I just want to say that the nurses and her Dr. we're amazing. A special thank you to Rachel who was her nurse for the day. She made her feel like she was the only one there. She kept her informed and had such a sweet spirit. We really loved her. We need more nurses like her. So thank you Rachel!!
Tristar Centennial medical center has the most caring, compassionate staff of any hospital I have ever been to. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. They explain everything very well. They checked on me often and I never had to wait long when calling for a nurse. I would highly recommend Centennial to everyone.
The Children's ER has amazing staff. We have been a couple times.
Had back surgery 4 weeks ago, the second shift nurse was fresh out of school. I have so much recorded & photos of my experience. Maybe 2 things we're done in the paperwork I received of expectations. Beware of the surgical floor. Ask for someone with experience. I was put through hell.
Spent ~5 days in this facility and the substandard care from ER to discharge was appalling. I spent an hour on the phone with Dawn Hudson-Gray who pretended to be a patient advocate and she did absolutely NO follow-up as promised. The patient advocate is only to appease patients who might create a problem and hopefully make you go away. Not a good decision. Joint Commission here I come.
You will never have a better hospital experience. From top to bottom everyone was exceptional. If all hospitals were like TriStar it would take away part of being sick. Iwill be sending a card listing names. They should know who is doing a grea job!
