My son was involved in an accident on 12/26/16. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance running emergency traffic (lights and siren). The ambulance pulled into the parking lot and was told by the attending ER doctor they are refusing to see him. The ambulance left the parking lot and went to Vanderbilt. I attempted to contact the hospital and got no where, left multiple messages and never heard back. Going to file a complaint with the state now and work my why up!!!!! My husband has had many operations for his catheter for peritoneal dialysis, in one of the operations forgot to change the catheter and he became infected so they had to re-operate it
Every experience I've had at TriStar has been exceptional!
The entire staff from housekeeping to surgeons have done an amazing job of taking care of my wife during her stay.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the parking....it's awful trying to find a spot. The rest of it was great!
The care I've received being inpatient has been very comforting,and nice. Dr.Pitts has taken excellent care of me during the whole surgical process I had yesterday.
