Salesman knocked on my door, I was upstairs and saw the guy walk through my flower on my plants, when I asked what he needed and then told him I wasn’t interested, he was passive aggressive and finally I had to walk away and told him not to walk through the flower bed again. I’ve had about 30 solar representatives knock on my door and this was the worst experience yet!
The folks who work for TriSmart have been amazing! From, Tyler Brown, to Vai Gonzales, John Britt, and Christian Medina; and not to forget Alexa Gutierrez, their work and support has been amazing, and I am so happy to have gone with them for my solar panel installation.
My rep Tyler Brown lied straight to me and my wife’s faces! What he said and what what was financed were two different things. Stay clear of these folks - high pressure sales tactics and lies! So many lies!
Unsolicited visit to our house for a second time today after being told no the 1st time. Terrible business strategy. Horrible guest service. I would stay away.
