Highly knowledgeable, thorough and very compassionate. I have been a Podiatrist for 30 years and have been around many family care doctors. Dr Sookdeo is one of the best. I trust her implicitly with my healthcare. Highly recommended.
Dr. Sootdeo is wonderful but the staff is horrible. You are unable to get RX refills for anything, even is you have been seen just as the doctor asked. For example, the doctor goes on vacation for a week and they have no one to refill her percriptions for her?? What doctors office does this? I was told I was out of luck, by the Office Manager. This isn't the first run in I've had to not getting my RX filled. Getting RX refills should not be this difficult. She is wonderful, office is BAD!
Best Doctor ever!! Very passionate about what she does and most of all about the well being of her patients. She takes time to listen to you and help you get better. She goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care. I was reading other reviews here that I absolutely not agree with, because my Dr is awesome, as are her staff Amanda and Zulie. Please take the time to meet them in person and judge for yourself. I know you will fall in love with them. They are so NICE! :)
Awesome Dr ,very caring and knowledgeable. She explained everything in very good detail and her staff was very helpful in sending my medications and my referral.
Unprofessional her assistant Zuleika is really rude and unhelpful they treat everyone like garbage. I noticed just like the other review the doctor requires you to come in for a visit for any refills to get more money from the insurance company.
Uncaring and unprofessional Dr. She sent me for a X-Ray only to be sent to a specialist which asked for another X-Ray because of the long time frame in-between; she never read nor referred to the X-Ray she asked for nor did she do any followups... Also, I was asked to make an appointment for a renewal of simple prescription - it felt like she wanted more money from the insurance. When I got aggravated from her attitude (treating me like an infant) she wanted to check my blood pressure...
It was a great experience.The whole staff was awsome and very clean.
