Trisha knows her stuff! She was always super helpful & always had time to talk & answer questions. If I had the money I would buy 100 house with her help!
We gave her the specifications we wanted in a house and she had a great list very quick. Didn't matter the day or time she was willing to work with us and answer our questions. While showing the houses, she was very knowledgable and helpful. I would definately return to her for future purchases and sales. Very honest with the entire process.
I was moving out of state on a quick time frame. I was worried the house would be sitting after I moved. Trisha made suggestions for little improvements to the house before it went on the market. The house sold after being on the market for a month. She help me to stay calm and focused.

It took 2.5 years for our house to sell, but that was at no fault to Trisha. The market was just terrible at that time. She is very knowledgeable over all the processes and was always available to answer my many questions.
