Hi, I just want to start by saying I was very pleased with our 1st time appt with Dr. Trisha Brown. However, I did want to offer a suggestion on briefing new patients on your office protocols. This appt almost didn't happen, because we were told AFTER we got to the office that they have an office protocol in place that allows only the guardian and the patient in the room. That's fine.
