We had the best experience with Courteney and the Trisha Cook team! It was our first time selling a house, and Courteney guided us and answered all of our oddly specific questions from start to finish. We dealt with more than our fair share of challenges throughout the actual transaction, and Courteney handled everything professionally and advocated for us, even the unnecessary frustrations thrown at us days after closing documents were signed. The Trisha Cook Team and my realtor Savanna Downs were amazing!! I've never worked with a realtor group that was more supportive, professional, and appreciative of their customers. Every step in the process of the sell was covered and the marketing of the house was so efficient. They have wonderful perks for their customers from the very start as well as customer appreciation events. They treat you like family and I would recommend their group for your home buying or selling needs.
We visited Savannah on an exploratory trip to look at homes. Courteney Boles worked with our short window to show us several homes we were interested in. Once we found the right property, she very quickly got everything in order and made the buying process very easy.
