Horrible experience!! First they said $530, which is high but I paid it. Then they said they would need another $195 before they would do the job, no reason given. This is for a small 1 bedroom 1 bath house. Unfortunately the renters had removed 2 of the smoke detectors when the batteries failed. To go back out, just to look at the new detectors, $165!! $900 for an appraisal so we could refinance a $75,000 loan on a property worth nearly $300,000. What a joke!
