I requested a itemized statement because my payments were returned saying that was the incorrect amount. Our figures don't agree, was promised proof of debt 8 months ago, have not been able to speak with the owner since she assured me she would provide the information, called the office twice left message, to date, no response.
They rarely reply to emails, put you on hold for 15 minutes only to tell you no one is there because it's lunch hour. When I asked what time they'll return, I was told that there's no specific time and they can take as long of a lunch as they want and although it's 1pm they cannot promise a call back from a manager today. This is at least our 5th time asking for a call back within the last 2 weeks and no one has called.
