I requested a itemized statement because my payments were returned saying that was the incorrect amount. Our figures don't agree, was promised proof of debt 8 months ago, have not been able to speak with the owner since she assured me she would provide the information, called the office twice left message, to date, no response.
They rarely reply to emails, put you on hold for 15 minutes only to tell you no one is there because it's lunch hour. When I asked what time they'll return, I was told that there's no specific time and they can take as long of a lunch as they want and although it's 1pm they cannot promise a call back from a manager today. This is at least our 5th time asking for a call back within the last 2 weeks and no one has called. Fences are falling down...mold on people houses...to many cars park on the street to were you got to drive down the middle of the street...some people don't cut three grass..the tree support stakes are still in the ground...they never get active about your complaints they're just getting a free check..triquest isn't doing a good job ...I recommend ********* ***** get a new hoa..they don't even hold meeting with home ownerd ..

We have addressed several of your concerns that are within our scope on which you have acknowledged. Triquest Management struggles to keep documentation correct. They often are unavailable. When you do speak with someone they always have to call you back. When emails are sent they might reply and at times they will not respond at all. If you do not keep your own records they will say they do not have record of the information. There has been one person within their accounting department that was able to help give positive information.

Triquest Management may be compact, but they sure are efficient. They deserve more than 5 stars.
This company is rogue beyond belief. They have no background in this business and it shows. Frankly, their behavior is ******** *** ***** ****. Everything they have done to our property has been abusive from the start. They paid contractors to tear down our property amenities, paint curbs gray, remove speed limit signs. First off...Nepotisum! No management company should have so much family working there. Rude to homeowners on rules of our property. Miss posting of funds. Stay away from this company. HOA'S are very important to communities but not this comoany. Pick another.
