Worst company. Do not work with these thieves, They lied and at the end their manager Ron hangs up the phone on me.I called and left message for his boss and she never called me back. scam company stay away. I wish there was a way that we could all call BBB on them,

Total scam!!!!! I booked a room at hooters due to the advertised price. When I arrived the clerk told me that it will me $10 more each day for use of pool and in room safe. I mentioned that I would not be needing these items. He told that it was not optional. The amount raised my room cost to over 50% of the booking price. To add insult they charged my card an additional 25 per day for a hold until I check out. I would never use this site again to book anything. Very bad company – I booked a hotel thru this company I have a disability I use a walker or wheel chair and need to be close to elevator when they booked it with the hotel. The first room the door was not wide enough for a wheel chair or walker when the hotel moved me they moved me in room with a wider door but as far as u could get from the elevator. This company never told the hotel about my needs and then the company never returned my call or e-mail as of today My stay in Las Vegas was in Jan. 2012

Fraud company with worst CS by faaar. – Tripres by far (and i am not exaggerating) is the worst hotel booking site I have ever seen. The only good thing they offer is a bit cheaper rate (couple dollar a night). To whoever is reading this, go book your hotel at a website that honor customer service. TripRes. com is a corrupt unethical Company – I booked a hotel reservation on tripres. com and 2 days later I realized I couldn't use that reservation and needed to cancel. They told me they would charge $50 per person to cancel. Which meant a $100 cancellation for a $150 room reservation. This is ridiculous since my reservation is 2 months away!!! Never ask them – I had a problem with booking hotel in Las Vegas in September, 2011. The customer service made another booking without checking the present booking for the hotel. They sent me a confirmation for the room after 16 days I booked on line. I talked to the supervisor named Ron and he totally didn't help to solve the problem. Stay away from this company.

Tripres is a RIP OFF – I made a reservation and canceled the reservation at the same day and they charged $204.00 from my credit card. Don't do any business with them..........RIP OFF.......RIP OFF.....RIP OFF

LOVED IT! – I just got back from staying at the Luxor and loved it! I booked with Tripres back in August and got a killer deal on my room and Chris Angel tickets. He's so hot<3!! lol! The price was not beatable anywhere else and I will be sure to come back and book with them again!

I'm not happy with this place at all. An extra charge appeared on my card, that didn't match my receipt. I called several times spent over 30 minutes with them twice. Even had my credit card call. They said they'd refund my money 2 days ago, and they still haven't. Stay far away from tripres.
