Sorry, but it’s time to be honest. I contacted Daniel, and he responded quickly. He came to examine my floor and make a plan. I had some preliminary work to do. I finished my portion and notified him that anytime to begin work was fine, except one weekend. About six weeks passed. I sent text messages, called and left messages. Floors turned out absolutely beautiful. Daniel and Russell are pleasure to work with. They filled in where I had termite and water damage, and then refinished the hardwoods. Would gladly recommend.
