Recently relocated from Maryland to Loudoun County and needed to find a new primary care doctor, which can be a challenge. After doing some research, my wife came across Dr. Michelle Trippel, and I’m so glad she did. Great Doctor and very Attentive!
Dr. Tripple is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. My overall experience with Dr. Trippel herself was great, and I love her work ethic. But her receptionist Christie is rude and awful. Christie's bedside manner is the cause and main reason I left that practice after 19 years of being a patient... Great experience. The doctor and her staff are very professional. Dr. Trippel pays attention to detail, and ask relevant and follow up questions. She always takes the time to understand patients' concerns.
My first impression of the doctor and staff was very positive. However, I went for a wellness visit which my insurance covers 100%. Received a bill so I called the office about the mistake. I was told that it was a first patient visit and she charges for those and I probably didn’t get a full physical. None of this was communicated to me when I scheduled or while I was there. And, I wasn’t told that I needed to schedule another visit for a complete physical.
