Dr. Tripple is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. My overall experience with Dr. Trippel herself was great, and I love her work ethic. But her receptionist Christie is rude and awful. Christie's bedside manner is the cause and main reason I left that practice after 19 years of being a patient... Great experience. The doctor and her staff are very professional. Dr. Trippel pays attention to detail, and ask relevant and follow up questions. She always takes the time to understand patients' concerns.
My first impression of the doctor and staff was very positive. However, I went for a wellness visit which my insurance covers 100%. Received a bill so I called the office about the mistake. I was told that it was a first patient visit and she charges for those and I probably didn’t get a full physical. None of this was communicated to me when I scheduled or while I was there. And, I wasn’t told that I needed to schedule another visit for a complete physical.
The best doctor I have ever had! Frankly, it's been years since I have seen a doctor regularly, and after letting my health sit on the backburner during COVD, I decided to get myself back in order and prioritize seeing a doctor regularly. Dr. Trippel not only got me started by doing a physical, but she also took the time to discuss my concerns and the aspects of my health that I wanted to focus on. My needs were heard and validated, and I feel in control of my health. Thank you so much, Dr. Trippel!
