First let me say doctor Tripp is a fantastic doctor this review is for his staff ! My son saw the doctor trip beginning of august I called to make a appointment and was told the cost would be $150 I asked if they will be able to bill us because I misplaced my wallet and they said yes they believe so ! The following day he was saw the doctor and again he was great . Dr Tripp is a caring and competent doctor He deserves a rating of 4.5. However, his office staff deserves a rating of -100. They are rude, sarcastic, uninformed, and uncaring. Som examples: 1. Mistakes on pre-procedure sheet were questioned. Responses - oh well, do what you want. 2. Problem at the surgical center after surgery so I called them. Response- Dr Tripp is busy - you’re there - handle it. 3. Office visit to have procedure- not on schedule but told by Dr Trpp to be there at 8:30, “you’ll be seen at 8:31”. Response a... read more
No complaints about Dr Tripp or his staff. Only suggestion is that there should be another way to get through to the office. I've been trying for two hours and the phone is busy or just rings and rings.. If we could send a text or email and have someone return the call...
Waited a while to be seen by Dr Tripp. Once we saw him I understood why. Dr.Tripp is very thorough. He takes the time to explain what you are experiencing and how he is going to treat your medical issue. Highly recommend him.
