First let me say doctor Tripp is a fantastic doctor this review is for his staff ! My son saw the doctor trip beginning of august I called to make a appointment and was told the cost would be $150 I asked if they will be able to bill us because I misplaced my wallet and they said yes they believe so ! The following day he was saw the doctor and again he was great . Dr Tripp is a caring and competent doctor He deserves a rating of 4.5. However, his office staff deserves a rating of -100. They are rude, sarcastic, uninformed, and uncaring. Som examples: 1. Mistakes on pre-procedure sheet were questioned. Responses - oh well, do what you want. 2. Problem at the surgical center after surgery so I called them. Response- Dr Tripp is busy - you’re there - handle it. 3. Office visit to have procedure- not on schedule but told by Dr Trpp to be there at 8:30, “you’ll be seen at 8:31”. Response a... read more
