Service was excellent! Food was awesome! We had boom boom shrimp, shrimp and grits, and fried grouper fingers with fries and corn on the cob. The key lime pie for dessert was so flavorful, we almost asked for a second slice! Most importantly...the restrooms were fresh and clean & even had a very nice salt hand scrub. We will definitely return to this great restaurant!
We eat here every time we are in town. About 10 times in the last year. Yes they are usually pretty busy. Usually a bit of a wait but always worth it. Food is always great .
The snowbirds from WI~love Triple Tails! The food is amazing-the Valentine's dinner was mouth watering, I wanted to lick my plate. Service with a smile, quick wit and a laugh...we love you Cindy! See you next year!
Sooooo...after reading the previous reviews (after our meal) I would say they haven't learned. Our food was delicious and came in a timely manner but Cindy is absolutely RUDE and seemed absolutely put-out that we ordered food. We were the first into the restaurant for lunch and no one else came in for a half hour. Still, she seemed exasperated that we ordered our little boy's food first (the natives get restless but I like to enjoy my beer and look over the menu). Service is HORRIBLE. Waitresses are all rude and surly. We were seated at 7:00. We weren't even acknowledged until 7:45, when we finally had to ask a waitress to help us. Got some salads and drinks at 8:15. It's now 8:30 and we still don't have our meals. Should have left. Don't waste your time or money.
The drinks were great! I do not recommend the seafood platter it's very small for the price and too salty!!
Boom boom shrimp, mullet dinner and the wife had the scallops. Waitress was great and they were very busy. She welcomed us to the area and gave us,some history on the restaurant.
GREAT people, great service, great food. What more could you ask for? Definitely worth the trip. Only been here a week and have eaten here twice because of how awesome it is!!!!
Great food and the staff is awesome. And the owner is a wonderful person too.
