I was very happy with triple S remodeling they did all the work that I had them do and it looks very nice plus they got it done quickly
Installers were great. Owner came out himself to make sure everything was what I wanted before the job was started. Great prices.
Customer service is extremely poor. It took 3 weeks to get the gutters put in after the roof was done. But that was only after repeated phone calls and stopping in their office. Got a phone call in January from Triple S trying to drum up new business. Told them about the elbows being too close too the ground. Supposedly a work order was put in, but NEVER heard from anyone. I stopped in on March 1. Was told someone would call Monday. Got the call from Don, said he would be out Tuesday to check. Would call or text when he was ... read more
Customer service was extremely rude! After an accosiate by the name of Tom called me at 8:21pm laughter and hung up on me after asking him if he knew that it was late and this was family time. After he hung up on me called the office line listed on their Google listing and a Todd answered. I explained what happened and he was worse. Did not understand why I would be disappointed with a late evening phone call and did not see that problem with Tom's laughter and the hang up. Nicklas, I want to apologize for your experience with us. I can assure you that we take matters like this very seriously and we do not tolerate our customers to be treated this way. Tom has been terminated over this incident and we have discussed this behavior with the rest of our staff to make sure something like this doesn't happen again.
The men were very professional as was the office personals. They not only gave us a beautiful shower that we're proud of, but found and corrected a problem with the flooring and walls our original contractor neglected to fix years ago. We highly recommend them as a contractor.

Had two picture windows replaced and couldn't be happier. Sales man was excellent in understanding what we wanted and was installed beautifully.
