Triple s has Terrible customer service. We had our windows replaced by them they did not replace the rotten boards behind the windows but still charged us for that. The window installer was late each day he came to do the windows, was not prepared with supplies, and extremely lazy and did not pick up any trash. The metal capping was falling off a few weeks later. Triple s won't return our calls or fix the issue.
My husband and I had Triple S Remodeling put in 18 new windows in our home and they did such a wonderful job installing them. The windows were so nice and of great quality. We would recommend them to all our friends and family. We give them a five star rating.

I am very happy with the window quality and the installation. Friendly employees and very good at picking up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone for windows.
I recently had a standing seam metal roof put on my house by Triple S remodeling and I have to say I am beyond happy with how it turned out. they kept in contact with me during the whole process and where amazing to work with. I will be replacing my upstairs windows this Spring and have already reached out to them to get the an estimate lined up for that. They have been an all around great company!
If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. I first found these guys while at the mall, one of their canvassers stopped me and started talking about home improvement projects. I agreed to sign up for a quote, well the company came out and the sales rep only gave me a quote for windows, not realizing that the quote was for roofing and siding. I am very happy with my new roof. All done in just one day and they used a very large magnet to find any nails that *** have been missed! I would recommend Triple S to my neighbors, family and friends. Thank you for a great job!
Overall, after its all said and done, we are super happy with our windows!! They were extremely fast, very polite and courteous, and cleaned up their mess. Would recommend them for any window job.
