Definitely made a mistake renting a property from them. Spent several days cleaning the residence before moving in. Called to report the issues with the property. First call I left a message with receptionist. Never received a call back. Called again on Monday afternoon with no answer. Called again Tuesday with no answer. I called a 4th time, blocking my caller ID and was immediately able to speak with Brittany (property manager). Office seemed disorganized as she claims no knowledge of my attempts to contact her. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are huge SCAM. If they don't like what your saying or your tone they will just HANG UP on you and keep having up on you. Most immature employees I've ever encountered. The disrespect by them they talk to you like trash. After signing the lease they informed my co signer that she just signed for my roommate as well. The service that I have received from this business is quite poor. Maintenance has left much to be desired. Sometimes it's fine but when it is bad it is very poor. I have found the office to be difficult to deal with. I have a bad experience asking the business for the owner's name and I got the run around and rude service from the staff.

Do not try to rent from this company!!They will charge 39.95 per person for applications, then will deny the applications and not give you a reason why! I was charged $120.00 in application fees and was told by the property manager (Michelle)that I was denied but she could not give me a reason why? These people are crooks!! Please do not give them your money!!

Triple S has been a very shady company. They are slow to respond and took 7 weeks to get our security deposit back. After I moved out, I was also missing a lot of mail while they claimed they filed a forwarding address at the Post Office, but that wasn't happening. The employees seem to be clueless on communication as well, as we would leave a message for a person, but they would claim to have never gotten any messages. In 2007 we were looking to move into a different house in the Springfield area. We happened to come across a property owned by Triple S and met **** ***** while we were visiting open houses. We moved in August and that winter we started having issues with the Heating/Air Conditioning unit. We received a $900 utility bill because when we moved in only half of the heat strips were working and the heater was trying to warm a 1600 sq. ft. house while working at half capacity. I called Triple S properties in reference to viewing a property in Springfield, Missouri. The lady ****** who called me back to set up an appointment asked if I had any pets. I told her I did not have a pet but a registered service dog. Lori continued to tell me that I would indeed have to pay a $300.00 deposit along with a 25.00 up-charge fee for the PET. Rented a home from this company and had nothing but problems. Took maintence a week to come by and fix the water heater when I noticed on move in day that it wasn't working properly. When I later had to move for work I told them 3 months in advance so they could start showing the home for a new tenant. They didn't attempt to advertise it and took me to court for the remaining months rent on the lease. After the judge dropped the case Triple S then tried to sue me for damages that were there when I moved in. Horrible company.... read more
